Veterans Struggle with Mental Clarity
There are several struggles that veterans face that civilians will likely never understand. Even if their bodies didn’t sustain any damage or physically injury while they were away serving, that doesn’t mean that there wasn’t emotional warfare taking place. Many veterans struggle with memory issues, attention challenges and even debilitating migraines that they can’t explain. This can sometimes happen because there are brain injuries that have happened while serving that they weren’t even aware of. As these symptoms start to progress, there are issues like depression and suicidal thoughts that can start to creep in.
